Chief Cyril A. Allen is an eminent Liberia with a wealth of experience in business and politics. Between 1998 to 2003 Chief Allen served on a number of boards of both public and private corporations, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roberts International Airport; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Insurance Corporation of Liberia; Member of the Board of LUMINCO; and Member of the Six-Man Joint Commission of Liberia-Taiwanese Economic Cooperation. Chief Allen was once Managing Director of the Liberia Petroleum Refinery Company, and Chairman of the Liberia National Investment Commission successively. He is a coroneted Traditional Chief in Anambra State, Nigeria.
