Between 1998 to 2003 Chief Allen served on a number of boards of both public and private corporations, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roberts International Airport; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Insurance Corporation of Liberia; Member of the Board of LUMINCO; and Member of the Six-Man Joint Commission of Liberia-Taiwanese Economic Cooperation. Chief Allen was once Managing Director of the Liberia Petroleum Refinery Company, and Chairman of the Liberia National Investment Commission successively. He is a coroneted Traditional Chief in Anambra State, Nigeria.

Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is a seasoned Banker who currently serves as Country Chief Executive of CFS Group (Ghana) Plc, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc. He holds a degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo.

Yemi Adefisan is the Group Chief Executive of CITITRUST Holdings Plc, a leading Investment Holding Firm in Africa. He is a seasoned Investment Banker with over 21 years of post-graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial, Retail and Investment Banking, Alternative Investments and Manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with Finance from the Edinburgh Napier University, UK, MSc. in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Salford, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chichester, UK, graduating with a Distinction and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM). He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science from Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State.
