  • Work along with the IT Team to ensure that all computer hardware and software systems are operated and maintained and all desktop devices and applications are monitored and supported.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents.
  • Provide support for CCTV, Fire, and intrusion alarm systems
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the installation, problem resolution of desktop and laptop computer systems
  • Installation of new PCs, incorporating appropriate hardware and software into new systems.
  • Install Microsoft Office and other applications on desktops and laptops
  • Install antivirus on all desktops and laptops.
  • Assist in the setup of basic LAN and Ethernet cable maintenance.
  • Serve as the first line of support for all IT-related issues on Cititrust Network.
  • Perform general maintenance of desktop and laptop computers.
  • Replace HDD drives of CCTV system on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure that all computers on the network have up-to-date antivirus and windows updates.
  • Provide support for PBX system and IP phones.
  • Maintaining current and up-to-date records of computer hardware and software and related components and their status.
  • Submit periodic reports of activities carried out during the month as well as recommendations.
  • To work autonomously using own initiative and make decisions based on expertise and knowledge of Building based care processes and procedures
  • Act on behalf of and perform other tasks as assigned by both direct and dotted line manager
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • First degree or Professional Diploma in Information Technology,

Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in IT Support preferably in a financial setting.
